Hi, I'm Tracy
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#124628), I offer a safe and supportive environment to process life’s challenges. I believe we each carry an innate capacity to grow, heal and reconnect with our truest selves, beneath the layers of learned defenses, self-doubt, and old conditioning. Therapy isn’t about fixing — it’s about being gently with what’s here, and allowing space for what’s been buried to be witnessed, held, and integrated.

My role
My role is to walk alongside you with presence and care, helping you tune into what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body. I don’t follow a script. I listen deeply and offer reflections, somatic practices, and help you with actionable skills. I’m here to support you in building the capacity to be with what’s difficult, uncover blind spots, and move toward greater clarity, connection and self-trust.

My Approach to Healing is Holistic
I believe healing happens when we tend to the whole person — body, mind, nervous system, and
spirit. In our work, we address thoughts, physical sensations, beliefs, and build emotional
capacity — so transformation feels truly integrated and whole.
Holistic healing means we don’t just talk about what’s happening — we also listen to how your
body holds it. Using somatic practices and Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), I help you notice
what your body is expressing, even when words fall short.
Why Focus on Emotions?
Emotions shape your thoughts, moods, and choices — often beneath your awareness. When emotions are avoided, they often show up as anxiety, burnout, or physical symptoms. By building the capacity to be present with what you feel and embody them, clarity unfolds, regulation in mood occurs, and choices become more intentional.
Combining Multiple Perspective & Techniques
No single approach fits every person — or every moment in the healing process. That’s why I draw from a range of evidence-based and body-centered modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), mindfulness, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care. This integrative framework allows me to meet you where you are, offering support that’s tailored, flexible, and grounded in your needs.
Developing Awareness
Awareness is the foundation of healing and change. I help clients deepen emotional, somatic, and relational awareness — while also learning to meet that awareness with compassion. When we begin to notice our thoughts, behaviors and emotions without judgment, we gain the clarity and choice needed to shift what no longer serves us. From this place, presence grows, self- understanding deepens, and transformation becomes possible.
